It has come to our attention that some of our app users have encountered an unfortunate problem after our last update of Tap-n-See Now in January, 2015.
If you purchased the full version of Tap-n-See Now and now seem to be stuck in the lite version without full access to the features, there is a simple solution to get you back to the full version.
First, uninstall all versions of our app on your Apple device. Most users with this problem have two different versions of the app installed. If that is the case, delete/uninstall both. Don’t worry, uninstalling an app you have already paid for will never require you to pay again.
Second, search iTunes for “Tap-n-See Now”. This should bring up two results: Tap-n-See Now and Tap-n-See Now Lite. Notice the icon to the right of the title. If it is a cloud with a downward arrow, that means you own the app and can re-install it. Most users with this problem are users who upgraded from the lite version, so you will likely see the cloud and arrow next to the lite version. Whichever version it is, download/re-install it.
Third, open the app and click the “Restore Purchase” button on the main page.
